SOMHRS CONSULTING is the first professional Organization dedicated to advancing Human Resources Management in Somalia. We were established to serve the community and promote leadership through Education.

Our foundational purpose is to foster the growth of Human Resource management scholars, professionals, students, and overall management personnel. We are committed to being future focused, responsive to workplace and societal trends, and entrepreneurial in spirit. The Organization operates on the core belief that Human capital is the greatest asset.
